Lynnway Park

Lynnway Park is a 250,000 square foot industrial facility on the City of Lynn’s waterfront. The property currently accommodates a variety of uses including warehouse, food processing, preparation, and storage, 60,000 square feet of cold storage, and light industrial. The site formerly was home to the Garelick Farms plant. Future development plans call for a mixed-use property with potential for life science, biomanufacturing, and medical manufacturing. The parcel is part of the City of Lynn’s Waterfront Master Plan, a framework for planning and development along the waterfront which includes several parcels of land along the Lynnway.

Lynnway Park signs Global Protection Corp. & New Building upgrades

Global Protection Corporation (GPC) recently signed a 43,704 RSF lease to relocate its headquarters from Boston’s Marine Industrial Park. GPC will use the flexible space at Lynnway Park for product assembly, storage, and distribution.
